Refund & Return Policy

General Policy

Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of research-use materials, Peptide Compounds does not accept returns or provide refunds under the following circumstances:

• Change of mind
• Ordering errors made by the customer
• Improper handling or misuse of products
• Opened or used products

All purchases are considered final unless an issue falls under the exceptions described below.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery.

Your claim must include the following:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photographic evidence of the packaging and product

After reviewing the claim, Peptide Compounds may, at its discretion:

• Provide a replacement
• Issue store credit
• Offer a refund in rare cases where replacement is not possible

Non-Delivery

Refunds may be considered only in situations where an order was not delivered due to circumstances within our control.

Refund eligibility may apply if:

• The order was not delivered due to an error on our part
• The shipping carrier confirms the package was lost in transit
• The claim is submitted promptly after the expected delivery date

All refund determinations are made solely at the discretion of Peptide Compounds.
