Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within two to three (2–3) business days of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after standard business hours may be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Delivery estimates begin once the order has been dispatched and are not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on several factors including:

• Geographic location
• Carrier availability
• Weather conditions
• Seasonal demand
• Customs inspections (if applicable)

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

• Destination
• Selected shipping method
• Package weight and dimensions

Risk of Loss & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

Peptide Compounds is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by:

• Courier service disruptions
• Customs holds
• Incorrect address information provided by the customer
• Natural disasters or other force majeure events

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details may incur additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

Please include the following information when submitting a claim:

• Order number
• Detailed description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the packaging and contents

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
